We Hello parents!
Today we dive right into our measurement unit in math with our skills of comparison! We went on a hunt around the room for objects that matched the size of a chosen object. We found some very creative comparisons!
We also had our first science experiment! We used our math comparisons skills again to compare and contrast balloons filled with air, water and ice. As good scientists, we described what we saw, felt, smelled, weighed, and even tasted, unfortunately, with the different states of matter (solid, liquid and gas). We made hypotheses about what we expect to happen to our balloons by Friday, so we'll be excited to see what happens!
We are gearing up for our next science experiment next Monday!
