Today, we began preparing for our February Celebration assembly on Thursday. Our Grade two classes will be leading the school reciting "Je vous salue, Marie" (Hail, Mary). We will also be singing the song "Share a Little Bit of Your Love", and you can find the lyrics below!
Today we also began our first in-depth book study, with "Le Chapeau de M. Zinger" (Mr. Zinger's Hat). We will be using this story as the basis for our vocabulary, reading and writing learning throughout the week. This story has received the TD Reads award, and each student in our class has received his/her own copy that we will take home at the end of our unit!
